In general the doctors at the surgery are best placed to attend to your medical needs during normal surgery Hours. However there will be occasions when you feel that your health problem is urgent and needs urgent out of hours care -please contact NHS 111

Although the Hillingdon Hospital A&E unit is open 24 hours it should only be used for Genuine Accidents and Emergencies only.

Local Pharmacy Services

Your local pharmacist is able to give you free health advice and you don't need to make an appointment.  The receptionists can give you details of some of the local chemists or.  Many pharmacists operate extended hours on a rota basis.  Pharmacists are often best placed to give advice and treatment for minor ailments such as simple coughs and cold.

Out-of-hours services are generally busy so please think carefully before asking to see a doctor and only do so if you genuinely cannot wait until the surgery re-opens.

In a genuine emergency you should call 999. Chest pains and / or shortness of breath constitute an emergency.
